The Estoica Floral Preservation service is personalized in nature. Each project is unique and developed on the client's unique material.

Submitting a design constitutes a quote request, not a purchase. The quote is personalized and has a validity period indicated in it.

Accepting the quote and making payment confirms the project. Estoica will send the corresponding payment method or link directly.

Flowers are organic material. Changes in color, texture or appearance may occur over time, as well as the impossibility of using certain flowers depending on their condition.

Reference images are guidance only. We do not guarantee identical reproductions of other pieces.

The client must follow shipping instructions. Final shipping cost is calculated when the piece is finished and is not included unless explicitly stated.

There may be taxes, import duties and customs fees not included unless explicitly stated.

See the Cancellation Policy. Incorrect address, returned packages or project abandonment may have specific consequences.

Photography authorizations are managed separately. Estoica retains rights over the design of each piece.
