Shipping Policy
Two distinct processes
Shipping flowers from the client to Estoica and shipping the finished piece to the client are separate processes and never mixed.
Client → Estoica
The client must follow specific instructions according to their country. Estoica is not responsible for flowers shipped without following instructions.
Estoica → Client
Final shipping is quoted when the piece is finished. It includes protective packaging appropriate to the size and fragility of the piece.
Incorrect address, loss and damage
An incorrect address may generate returns or delays. Transport damage depends on the carrier; contact us immediately for any incident.
International
There may be taxes, import duties, customs fees and carrier charges not included unless explicitly stated. Customs delays do not depend on Estoica.
