The process
How it works
An experience designed to accompany you, not an online store.
Create your profile
Start by creating your Estoica account. Your profile lets you design preservations, save progress, receive quotes and track your projects.
Design your preservation
Tell us about your event, flowers, style and the piece you imagine. The configurator is a design experience, not a form.
Receive your quote
We analyze your request and contact you directly with a personalized estimate and your options.
Confirm your project
If you wish to continue, Estoica will send you your payment method directly. There is no automatic checkout.
We pick up your flowers
On the day of the event or agreed date and time.
We do the rest
We send photos of the design for your approval and proceed with sealing. Then we quote the shipping and share the price so you can make the payment, and finally we ship your piece.
The process takes approx. 17-20 weeks
