Sending Flowers to Estoica
Instructions for sending us your flowers are shared after confirming your project and payment, and vary by country.
Mexico
- When to send them and how to prepare them.
- What packaging to use and how to avoid excess moisture.
- Sender information and project number EST-XXXXX.
- Estoica address and carrier instructions.
United States
Projects from the United States require prior confirmation from Estoica before shipping any flowers. Do not ship your flowers until you receive specific instructions for your project.
Other countries
International projects are evaluated individually. Do not ship until you receive confirmation and instructions directly from Estoica Floral Preservation.
Sending Your Preservation Back to You
The shipping cost of the finished piece is not included in the preservation price, unless the quote explicitly states otherwise.
Since each project varies in size, weight, packaging dimensions, required protection and destination, the cost is calculated once the piece is finished, using the final address provided by the customer.
International projects may have taxes, import duties, customs fees or other charges determined by the relevant authorities. Such charges are not considered included unless explicitly stated in the quote.
